The thermosetting ink will not dry at room temperature, and it can be cured by heating to 160 degrees for 1~3 minutes! After plasticization, the adhesion firmness is above grade 5 for wet washing and grade 4 for dry wiping.
  2. The absorption of heat is a process, which is determined by two factors: temperature and time. The high temperature takes a short time and the low temperature takes a long time, but the temperature cannot be lower than 160 degrees. Usually in order to improve shipping efficiency, the temperature is selected at 160-180. A simple method to detect whether the ink is cured: the cured ink is elastic, and the surface cannot be scratched or scratched; otherwise, the plasticizing temperature is not enough. It is necessary to increase the plasticizing temperature and the original overheating temperature appropriately. time.
  3. Adhesive bead process: round corner transparent thermosetting ink (oily adhesive bead paste) is suitable for bonding plastic beads. Adhesion fastness can reach above level 4 in wet washing and dry wiping. (Washing machine at 45 degrees continuously for 10 hours without falling off!) Print the rounded corners on the cloth and sprinkle with plastic beads while wet, and dry at 160 degrees or use a pressing machine to press at 160-170 degrees for 8-15 seconds.
    Scope of application:
    Thermosetting ink (PLASTISOL) is suitable for various fabrics such as 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blended fabric, polyester, dark and light colored cloth, denim, etc. Any fabric that meets the following two points can be used: 1, can withstand 160-180 degrees; 2 , It is air permeable, allowing the ink to penetrate into it. Unsuitable substrates such as: plastic, metal, glass, etc. and nylon cloth with waterproof treatment.

  6. Too much fur
    Guidance: When printing the first plate, press 4-6 knives hard (a hard square knife is the best choice), or dilute the ink appropriately and hit the bottom one or two times and then use a thicker ink to print the surface.
  7. Add solvent diluent to the ink
    Guidance: If a solvent thinner is added to the ink, the surface of the ink layer will be cured after baking, but powder will appear in the middle of the ink layer, so you can switch to a thermosetting ink thinner.

    Guidance: The thickening powder for solid ink can be heated to increase the consistency of the ink.
